Ordering
After placing your order, bestpartydress.com will send you a confirmation email about your order.
Dont worry, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been sent. If you want to find out approximently
when your order will be arriving, the notification email you will recieve will give you a tracking number to track your
order. You can check at anytime the status of your order at http://www.bestpartydress.com/sales/order/history/ or follow the link
provided to you in the email.Please double check your email to make sure its accurate so it will not be flagged as spam.
Phone numbers are optional but we reccomend adding it as it will help us service you better.

enter your order number that you recieve in your confirmation email, add your email adress, and click find. simple as that!
Stock availability
you will be able to retrieve:
 -Notification messages.
 -An estimated shipping date.
 -Tracking information if your order has been shipped.
All products are subject to availabilty. Most of the products will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If you would
like your order to be processed the same business day, please place yor order before 2pm EST. All orders after 2pm EST will
be processed the next business day. Take note that some items take more time to ship than others, so if you are ordering
more than one item, you may recieve your order in more than one shipment. You will be notified of the status of your
order through email or you can check the status of your order.
Special Order
Special orders are orders for dresses that are not available for immediate shipping. Some special orders will be made
once we place it with our designers. After you place the special order, we will notify you about the delivery date. Were
sorry, but no cancellations are accepted for special orders once it is placed and confirmed. If you cancel, we will charge
up to 50% of the order value as a cancellation fee. After approving your delivery date, we will charge your card.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are orders that are not in stock for immediate delivery but will be shipped when available. As regular orders,
your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped. If the delivery date is longer than 25 days, you
will be notified through email and your card will be charged. Keep in mind, all pre order dates are subject to change.
If you pre-order an item on a saturday/sunday, the merchandise will be shipped the next business day. All cancellations
of a pre-ordered item will incur up to 50 dollars cacellation fee.

Methods of Payment
BestPartyDress.com accepts the following forms of payment: American express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Western
Union, Money Order, Back Transfer, and BestPartyDress.com gift certificates. BestPartyDress.com will not accept any personal checks.
when your credit card is authorized, your funds will be put on hold until the order is shipped. One your order is
shipped, the payment is processed. Please make sure your billing information is excactly as it appears on your credit
card statement. If your shipping information is differernt than your billing information, we are required to verify this
with your credit card company. Because of this, your order may be delayed. Be patient, the verification process will take
about 48 to 72 hours.

Return policies
There's great convenience in shopping online. However, due to the inability to try on and feel the dress, you may not always get what you expect.

If you wish to return your dress to us, simply contact us with your order number and we will send you return instructions. You must ship the dress back to us within three (3) days of receiving the dress. You will be given full store credit in the form of an online coupon, good at for six months at BestPartyDress.com, on the first dress you return. However, you will have to pay a flat fee for shipping and handling on the replacement dress. The fee is $25 to ship within the United States, and $50 if the shipping address is outside the United States. If you return more than one dress, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed for each dress returned to us after the first dress. Store credit is transferable to others if you wish to do so.

Returned items must be with original tags, no stains or odors, and must be unworn. We are not able to issue credit for worn dresses, or dresses returned with stains, tears, odors, or other defects. Such packages will be returned to the customer.

Once an order is placed, we are not able to issue refunds. If the dress you ordered is not available, we will void the transaction and/or give a refund.

The item must be shipped back to us via traceable mail, for your own protection. Please provide us with the tracking number when shipping the dress.
